1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Disparity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Disparity is an educational platform that provides interactive lessons, practical challenges, and learning resources to help users develop AI skills. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant the license described above.

7. Subscription and Payment

If you purchase a subscription to access premium features:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disparity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Disparity and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Disparity operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
